Salesforce in Advanced Talks to Lease Space in Tel Aviv ToHA 2 Tower
Salesforce negotiates a major office lease in Tel Aviv's ToHA 2 tower, a Harish housing tender fails, and two workers die in separate construction accidents.

Salesforce is in advanced negotiations to lease approximately 15,000 square meters across 4 to 5 floors in the ToHA 2 tower in Tel Aviv, consolidating its workforce currently spread across multiple locations.
The tech giant employs around 1,000 people in Israel across Tel Aviv and Nazareth. In Tel Aviv, employees are currently divided between Alon Tower 1, Azrieli Sarona Tower, and ToHA 1. The new lease will bring all local operations under one roof.
Lease Terms and Tower Details
Developed by Amot Investments and Gav-Yam, ToHA 2 is expected to be completed soon, with Salesforce slated to move in next year following interior fit-out works. The main contractor is Danya Cebus.
While the final deal value is not yet locked in, market estimates suggest a shell-condition rate of 130 to 165 NIS per square meter. Assuming a five-year lease, the total transaction value is projected to exceed 140 million NIS.
ToHA 2 will reach a height of 78 floors, offering 160,000 square meters of office space. Google previously secured roughly 60,000 square meters across the top 24 floors in a 10-year agreement. Amot and Gav-Yam report ongoing negotiations with several other prospective tenants.
Harish Land Tender Fails
In a separate real estate development, a Land Authority tender for 722 residential units in southern Harish closed without any winning bids. Three of the six plots received no offers, while single bids submitted for the remaining three failed to meet the mandatory minimum price.
A notable factor in the tender terms was the heavy development levy, amounting to roughly 208 million NIS in total, or approximately 288,000 NIS per planned apartment. This fee covers infrastructure and public facilities, adding to land and construction costs.
Despite this setback, the local secondary housing market shows increased activity. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics, 218 apartments were sold in Harish between June and August, marking a 42% rise compared to the previous quarter.
Architectural Approval in Sde Dov
Meanwhile, architectural design plans for Euro Israel's Eurobeach project in the Sde Dov neighborhood of Tel Aviv have officially gained municipal approval. The mixed-use development will feature a 40-story residential tower with 220 units, a 9-story building with 40 units, and a 4-story office structure.
Workplace Fatalities in Construction
In the construction sector, two workers were killed in separate accidents on Wednesday. An Indian national died at a construction site on Hamanofim Street in Herzliya after being struck by an object falling from a crane. Later that day, a Moldovan national was killed at the Vertical project site in the Diamond Exchange district of Ramat Gan when a subcontractor's crane truck arm collapsed. According to industry safety groups, 37 workers have died at construction sites since the beginning of 2026.
