American comedian and actor Reggie McFadden has passed away at the age of 57. His sister, Bernice McFadden, confirmed his death to The Hollywood Reporter, stating that the U.S. State Department informed the family of his passing in Tanzania, where he had been living in recent years. The cause of death remains unknown at this time.

A native of Brooklyn, McFadden first rose to prominence through his work on the hit sketch comedy show "In Living Color," portraying a variety of memorable characters between 1993 and 1994. Over the years, he appeared in numerous popular television series, including "Martin,Hangin' With Mr. Cooper,Coach,Moesha,Getting Personal," and "Curb Your Enthusiasm."

In addition to his television career, McFadden appeared in feature films such as "Jacob's Ladder" and "Little Nicky," starred in a Comedy Central stand-up special, and performed regularly in Las Vegas. According to his social media profile, during his time in Tanzania in recent years, he managed a gold mining company and an entertainment production firm.
