The Tidhar Group and the Ramat Gan Municipality are promoting an urban renewal project with an expected sales volume of approximately 900 million shekels. As part of the plan, buildings damaged in the 'Am Klevia' war will be demolished, and a residential tower of up to 49 floors will be built in their place.

The District Planning and Building Committee of Tel Aviv has approved a large-scale evacuation and construction plan for the HaMatmid complex in Ramat Gan. The complex, which spans an area of approximately 7.5 dunams, was significantly damaged during the 'Am Klevia' war, with all buildings sustaining damage and one being completely destroyed. Now, the Tidhar Group and the Ramat Gan Municipality are leading an extensive effort to rehabilitate the area into a modern residential and commercial complex.

Gil Geva, Chairman of the Tidhar Group, welcomed the approval of the plan and highlighted its significance:

"The plan in the HaMatmid complex is an excellent example of successful cooperation between the residents, the local authority, the planning committees, and the Tidhar Group. In this case, the move also has additional significance. A complex that was damaged in the war becomes an opportunity for renewal and rebuilding. This is the proper Zionist answer to those who seek our harm. In the place where they tried to destroy, we will build and renew."

The promotion of the plan is being carried out with the active involvement of the Mayor of Ramat Gan, Carmel Shama-Hacohen, and the district planner, architect Erez Ben-Eliezer. Currently, the municipality and engineering teams are working with the Tidhar Group to formulate a framework that will allow for a significant shortening of schedules and a quick start to construction. The project was designed by the Yaski Mor Sivan architectural firm, while the Koresh firm represented Tidhar and the Guy Fravman firm represented the apartment and shop owners in the complex.
