Inav and Ashtrom Residential signed a 230 million shekel execution agreement with Solel Boneh to build the 34-story Park Tower urban renewal project in Ramat Gan.

In Ramat Gan, companies Inav and Ashtrom Residential signed an execution agreement with Solel Boneh for the Park Tower project, valued at approximately 230 million shekels. This urban renewal project is located at the intersection of Abba Hillel and HaMavdil streets in the HaGefen neighborhood. The agreement covers the construction of a 34-story tower featuring 180 apartments above a commercial boulevard.
The tower overlooks the Yarkon Park, close to the Ayalon Mall and near Highway 4 and the Ayalon Highways. It will include 2, 3, 4, and 5-room apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses. Units come with a sun balcony and private parking in an underground garage. Public spaces include a private gym, tenant lounge, bicycle room, stroller room, and retail shops. Architects are Kahana Architects.
The new tower replaces three old 3-4 story buildings demolished a year ago, with occupancy expected in January 2030. Eran Peri, VP of Planning and Engineering at Inav, stated they are excited to execute this complex project with Solel Boneh's vast experience. Asaf Inbar, CEO of Shikun & Binui Solel Boneh, and Yossi Greenis, CEO of Solel Boneh Residential, expressed pride in the partnership and trust shown in their professional capabilities.
