Radware, a leading provider of cyber security and application delivery solutions for multi-cloud environments, has released its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Total revenues for the third quarter reached $84.4 million. Regional performance showed a consistent 12% year-over-year growth across all major markets. Revenues in the Americas rose to $39.6 million, compared to $35.4 million in the third quarter of 2025. The EMEA region generated $25.6 million, up from $22.8 million previously, while Asia-Pacific revenues increased to $19.2 million from $17.1 million.

GAAP net income from continuing operations for the quarter stood at $4.5 million, compared to $8.2 million in the same period last year. On a non-GAAP basis, net income from continuing operations reached $13.9 million, or $0.32 per diluted share, compared to $14.8 million, or $0.33 per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2025.

Company executives noted that the appreciation of the Israeli shekel against the US dollar exerted upward pressure on expenses during the quarter. Excluding a negative foreign exchange impact of $4.6 million, non-GAAP net income would have reached $17.8 million, with non-GAAP diluted earnings per share at $0.41.

As of September 30, 2026, Radware held $421.5 million in cash, cash equivalents, short-term and long-term bank deposits, and marketable securities. Operating cash flow from continuing operations for the third quarter totaled $15.5 million.
