Four wanted individuals arrested in Binyamin, including Hamas and ISIS operatives

Fighters from the Duvdevan unit arrested four wanted individuals over the weekend in several locations within the Binyamin Brigade area. According to the IDF, the detainees include two individuals linked to ISIS and one suspected of promoting Hamas terrorist activity.

During the operation, forces also located and confiscated three M16 rifles. The detainees and the seized items were transferred to security forces for further investigation.

The operation is being conducted under the command of the Judea and Samaria Division commander, Brigadier General Kobi Heller, in parallel with efforts to expand counter-terrorism activities in the sector.

The division is also working to strengthen the defense of communities in the area against the backdrop of the establishment of dozens of new settlements, while preparing for extreme scenarios, including infiltration into communities similar to the events of October 7, as well as the possibility of "turning of weapons" by Palestinian security elements in Judea and Samaria.
