For the first time in Orenstein-Hoshen leadership: promoting two senior consultants to partners
Tal Shapira and Matan Bar-Nir, currently members of the firm's management forum, will be appointed as partners and will be responsible for managing work teams; leading complex communication systems for strategic clients; and formulating training, enrichment workshops, and mentoring and growth programs. Orenstein and Hoshen: "We are proud to promote excellent professionals who have become full partners on our journey over the years."

The communication consulting firm 'Orenstein-Hoshen' (OH!), which will mark a decade of activity in the coming year, is appointing senior communication consultants Tal Shapira and Matan Bar-Nir as partners in leading the firm, which was established in 2017 and has become, within a few years, one of the most prominent communication consulting, strategy, and crisis management offices in Israel.
'Orenstein-Hoshen' (OH!) currently advises a range of leading clients in the Israeli economy, including: Netivei Israel, Ayalon Insurance and Finance, Adeltec, KPMG, technology giant SAP, Teddy Sagi Group, Tadiran Group, Abu Group, Avisror Group, Soglowek, Bank of America, Swiss bank Pictet, JLL, Natural Intelligence, and automotive brands Geely, Zeekr, and Aion from Union, among others.
Shapira, with over 15 years of experience in communication consulting and strategy, joined the firm in 2019 and has been part of the small team leading the firm for about four years. Shapira holds a special expertise in communication consulting, strategy formulation, and crisis management for clients in the worlds of economics, law, and real estate. Over the years, Tal has advised a long list of business entities and law firms specializing in various fields of commercial law.
Bar-Nir, a lawyer by training, with about a decade of experience in the world of communications and consulting, joined the firm in 2022 and has been part of the small team leading the firm for about three years. Bar-Nir began his path in the world of communications as a legal and economic reporter for the 'Globes' newspaper, where he received praise for his journalistic work. Bar-Nir holds a special expertise in the interface between the fields of law and regulation and the media, focusing on consulting, strategy formulation, and crisis management for leading business clients, as well as managing marketing moves that generate broad impact.
As partners, Shapira and Bar-Nir will continue to manage work teams at the firm; manage complex communication systems for strategic clients; and lead training, enrichment workshops, and mentoring and growth programs.
Hadan Orenstein and Itamar Hoshen stated:
"At 'Orenstein-Hoshen', promotion to partnership is based not only on seniority or the scope of client portfolios, but especially on the ability to lead people, grow employees, make decisions, take managerial responsibility, and contribute to the business development of the firm. Almost a decade after we established the office, we are proud to promote for the first time to partnership two excellent professionals who have become full partners on our journey over the years. It is no secret that work in the worlds of communication is exhausting, all-consuming, and requires dedication, and therefore also true passion from anyone who seeks to engage in it.
We are no less happy that just as we chose Tal and Matan then, and also today — they also chose us and found us worthy of them. This is also an opportunity to express gratitude to the entire professional and dedicated staff of employees who work with us, often around the clock, without compromise and at the highest and most current standard, while striving for excellence and presenting optimal results in every project and with every client we handle."
