Phoenix and Ashtrom Properties to build a culinary and lifestyle complex in the 'Mitham HaElef'
The complex in Rishon LeZion will span approximately 1,500 square meters and will include, among other things, the Coffee Bar restaurant by Ruti Broudo, which will reopen, as well as an art museum. Phoenix and Ashtrom Properties have signed cooperation agreements to establish a new culinary and lifestyle complex in the 'Mitham HaElef' in Rishon LeZion. In the first phase, the culinary complex will span approximately 1,500 square meters and will include restaurants, cafes, and culinary concepts, including the Coffee Bar restaurant by Ruti Broudo, which will reopen, Bakery-Delicatessen, and more. In addition, an art museum will be established in the complex.

The Eretz Israel Museum in Tel Aviv held an opening event for the exhibition by artist Neta Harari Navon, 'Judgment Day', curated by Elena Algart-Sharon. At the center of the exhibition stands the work 'Judgment Day', created between 2018 and 2022 using oil paints on wooden panels and presented in a unique installation adapted to the space. The work engages with the tradition of Judgment Day paintings from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.

Members of the Port of Ashdod management held a special volunteer day at the logistics center of the 'Latet' organization. As part of the activity, the participants received an overview of the organization's work for populations in distress, and subsequently participated in packing food packages for supported families. The management members packed about a thousand food packages on the production line.
