Viral Parisian Chocolate Mousse Trend Arrives in Rishon LeZion
A viral Parisian chocolate mousse trend from TikTok has arrived at the new Bread bakery and wine bar in Rishon LeZion, offering decadent desserts and Parisian flair.

A viral Parisian dessert trend that captured millions of views on TikTok has finally arrived in Israel. At the newly opened Bread bakery on Remez Street in Rishon LeZion, diners can now experience the famous giant ceramic bowl chocolate mousse service, reminiscent of the viral sensation at Chez Janou in the Marais.
A Taste of Paris in Rishon LeZion
Developed in collaboration with Valrhona and pastry chef and co-owner Eden Nissim, the mousse comes in two rich variations: 70% dark chocolate and milk chocolate. Once scooped generously onto the plate, it is drizzled with Koroneiki olive oil from the Ptora farm and sprinkled with Maldon salt flakes. This creates an airy yet deeply decadent treat where chocolate meets savory notes, all served with the theatrical flair that made it famous online.
During daylight hours, the new Bread branch operates as a vibrant daytime bakery offering specialty coffee, matcha, and hearty morning favorites like classic breakfasts, croque madame, and cloud scrambled eggs. As evening approaches, the space undergoes a transformation with white tablecloths, turning into an intimate wine bar curated by Idan Dadon alongside an inventive menu crafted by Nissim and fish expert Daniel Amon.
Evening Delights and Wine Culture
"We wanted to bring a piece of Parisian culinary magic combined with local Israeli creativity right here to Rishon LeZion."
Highlights from the evening menu include flaky pastry dips, tuna tartare with croissant toastons, charred cabbage skewers with labneh, and pillowy cloud gnocchi in sage butter. Alongside the viral chocolate mousse, guests can also indulge in a classic tiramisu served with sabayon cream, priced at 48 shekels. With a rotating pop-up wine list and dreams of opening a dedicated mousse bar in the future, Bread is redefining the local culinary scene.
