Ondas (Nasdaq: ONDS), a leading provider of next-generation autonomous systems and security technologies, continues its expansion into the defense sector by acquiring three defense technology companies for a total of $56 million.
The acquisitions add advanced capabilities ranging from technologies already deployed in active combat zones to systems designed for near-term integration into Ondas platforms. The deals include contingent consideration of up to an additional $32 million, subject to meeting performance milestones through 2028. The move is aimed at strengthening Ondas' existing and future autonomous platforms, accelerating product development, and expanding growth opportunities in the defense and autonomous systems markets.

Insignito: Specializes in passive acoustic detection layers designed to identify, classify, and track drones via their acoustic signatures. Its flagship system, DUMBO, is already deployed in combat zones, listening to the environment using real-time signal processing, acoustic models, and artificial intelligence without emitting RF energy.

Ottopia Defense: Provides software and communications infrastructure connecting unmanned platforms to remote operators and control centers. Its architecture dynamically manages operational data across communication channels, enabling low-latency remote control even in disrupted environments.
