Ofer Levi on Netanyahu: "He is my life. I will bring him crates of cigars and whiskey"
The singer was a guest on the podcast "In Sharon's Salon" hosted by Sharon Gal, and shared that he is one of the prominent supporters of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu: "I love him, appreciate him, support him, and admire him."

Singer Ofer Levi was a guest on the podcast "In Sharon's Salon" hosted by media personality Sharon Gal, and shared that he supports Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, despite the public criticism, the legal affairs published against him and his staff, and the failure of October 7.
"Why is Benjamin Netanyahu so successful? The beloved of my heart, our Prime Minister. He is a Levi, my dear. They just downplayed it. If it is not Benjamin Netanyahu, you have nothing here, brother. He is the only one who did not steal, he is the only one who did not cheat, what did they want to do to him? It will not help. There is one truth, there are many lies," the star said in a conversation with Sharon Gal.
Later in the interview, Sharon Gal addressed the fact that many artists avoid expressing their political position publicly for fear of harming the career they have built over the years. Ofer Levi expressed his position on the matter:
"They are not artists. Keep away from a false word. An artist is an artist, he does his art. The artists who are afraid to tell the truth because they are busy all day PR-ing themselves, because they know they are not enough of an artist. A true artist is busy with his art. If you want, you will love. If you don't want, don't come. Don't do me a favor, go away from here. Because you are not doing me a favor by loving me. I am doing you a favor by you existing in my generation at all. This is not narcissism, this is the truth. This is the truth, why does it hurt you? Why? Be people of truth, it won't hurt you."
Alongside the sweeping support for the Prime Minister, the singer said that he opposes Netanyahu attending court hearings following the suspicions published against him and his office staff from time to time:
"Great Netanyahu, may he live a long life. I bless him from here, I love him, appreciate him, support him, admire him. Netanyahu is my life. I just don't agree with him on many things. Oh my dear, you are the Prime Minister. You are going to court? You are called to hearings? By whom exactly? To whom are you going and listening? Who is the Prime Minister. The whole army is with you, the whole world is with you. For what? For a cigar? I will bring you a crate of cigars now. Take it and light it and smoke. I will bring you crates of whiskey. Take it and accept."
