Noa Kirel Recalls Live Show Mishap and Teases Idan Raichel on The Voice All-Stars
Pop superstar Noa Kirel, one of Israel’s most successful musical icons, recently shared an amusing stage blunder during her appearance as a judge on Channel 13’s The Voice All-Stars. Known for massive hits like "Pouch", "Million Dollar", and "Pantera", Kirel proved that even top-tier performers face embarrassing moments under the spotlight.
During Wednesday’s episode, following a tense duel between Jakko Eisenberg and David Saul, host Michael Aloni asked Kirel if she had ever forgotten lyrics on stage. Kirel candidly admitted, "Once during a show, I reached the second verse of ‘Pantera’, simply froze, and let out gibberish." She laughed off the incident, noting that live-show bloopers are just part of the experience.
Later in the show, when fellow judge Idan Raichel asked for her input to help make a tough elimination decision, Kirel quipped back with a smile, "I’m neutral, I’m from the UN." The playful jab referenced a previous tension between the two during the regular season, when Raichel had used the same phrase to describe her stance, briefly halting production.
International Success and Surprise Persian Translation
Meanwhile, Kirel’s new international youth series, Mirame Asi (The Way of Noa), made unexpected headlines. Co-starring Argentine actor Agustín Bernasconi and produced by SIPUR and Yair Dori, the series recently premiered on Amazon Prime Video in Latin America, quickly climbing to second place in Argentina within 24 hours.
However, fans noticed a bizarre twist when the series suddenly appeared with Persian subtitles without prior notice, flooding Kirel’s social media with inquiries.
