Shelly Elmakis, famously known as "Shelka" from reality TV hit "Big Brother", is expanding her career into the fashion world. According to an Instagram announcement, she is set to make her runway debut at the Israel Canada Tel Aviv Fashion Week 2026, walking for designer Ofir Ivgi.
A New Chapter on the Runway
This marks another milestone for the young reality star, who captured audiences with her direct personality and humor. Since leaving the famous house, Elmakis has launched her own brand of flavored ice pops named "Shlokluk" and recently relocated from Tel Aviv to Rishon LeZion in search of a fresh start.
The Designer Behind the Vision
Her debut will be paired with the creations of Ofir Ivgi, who will be showing at the fashion week for the first time. Known for his colorful prints and unique handcrafted garments, Ivgi previously helped launch the career of international supermodel San Mizrahi while teaching at Shenkar.
"He was the first to recognize my potential," Mizrahi recalled in a past interview regarding Ivgi's early support.
Tel Aviv Fashion Week 2026
Israel Canada Tel Aviv Fashion Week will take place from November 8 to 12 at 7 Karmanitski Street under the direction of Moti Reif. Featuring 28 shows with top Israeli designers like Alon Livne and Idan Laros, this year's central theme focuses on trailblazing women, creative diversity, and breaking conventions in Israeli fashion.
