Israeli media personality Maya Bezalel-Asis is embarking on a new professional chapter after announcing her departure from Kan public broadcaster after 11 years. On Wednesday morning, Bezalel-Asis hosted her final broadcast on the "Kan Gimel" morning show, concluding a seven-year partnership with reality television alumnus Kuti Sabag.

Speaking to listeners during an emotional sign-off, Bezalel-Asis reflected on her decade-long tenure and the morning routines that defined her career. "Anyone who knows me knows that words rarely fail me, but saying goodbye is always difficult," she shared on air, describing the studio as a second home where morning fatigue vanished the moment the microphone turned live.
