Mai Hatuel on life changes after divorce: "I started something super exciting"
Between moving apartments and adapting to her new life status, the "Amazing Race" star is finding time to fulfill old dreams. "I started something super exciting and didn't get a chance to talk about it," she shared.

The successful season of "The Amazing Race" on Keshet 12 brought with it many compelling stories, including the dynamic between friends Mai Hatuel and Itay On.
However, the reality star recently announced that she and her husband have decided to separate after four years of marriage and six years together. Hatuel, who rarely shared photos of her partner due to his service as a police officer, shared the painful news with her Instagram followers, clarifying that the separation was handled "with endless respect and love" and the support of those close to her.
These days, amidst the process of moving and adjusting to her new life, she is finding time to pursue old dreams she had previously set aside. On Tuesday, she revealed in an Instagram story that she has begun professional surfing lessons.
"I started something super exciting and didn't get a chance to talk about it. It's something I've wanted to do for so many years," she wrote.
Hatuel explained that she first started surfing at age 24 during a trip to Sri Lanka. She described being "bitten by the bug" back then, leading her to travel around the world to surf. However, she noted that she never trained professionally, which hindered her progress.
"In the last half year, I haven't surfed even once. Everything I did know disappeared as if it never was," she continued. "Now I've decided to start from scratch. To learn properly with an instructor who not only knows how to surf but knows how to teach."
