Maccabi Launches Free Longevity Health Scoring Tool in UpApp
Maccabi Healthcare Services introduces a free longevity medicine service in its UpApp app, providing members with a personalized lifestyle score and custom health plan.

Maccabi Healthcare Services is launching a pioneering initiative to make longevity medicine accessible to all members free of charge. Starting next week, adult members will be able to receive a personalized lifestyle score and a customized health improvement plan through the UpApp application.
The new digital tool aims to democratize a field traditionally associated with private clinics. By completing a digital questionnaire, members receive a comprehensive dashboard displaying an overall lifestyle score alongside specific metrics across five core areas: physical activity, nutrition, mental health, sleep, and smoking habits.
"The new service is another step in Maccabi's ongoing effort to lead and democratize the field of longevity, providing our members with knowledge, tools, and personalized recommendations to maintain long-term health," stated Maccabi CEO Sigal Dadon-Levi.
Dr. Nitzan Ono, head of longevity at Maccabi, emphasized the practical application of the program: "The challenge in longevity medicine is to translate known knowledge into real daily habits. The new service provides every member with a personal picture of their lifestyle, helping them identify opportunities for improvement and build healthy habits over time."
