Mentalist and businessman Lior Suchard is making a major real estate upgrade in Tel Aviv, having recently purchased a luxury duplex in the prestigious Park Bavli project where he currently lives in a standard apartment.

According to recent reports, Suchard, his wife Tal, and their three children will soon move into the new property, with values estimated between 15 million and over 23 million shekels. The move will not require the family to leave their familiar neighborhood, as the new residence is located within the same development, though representatives for the mentalist declined to comment on the transaction.

A Global Career and Star-Studded Performances

Over the years, Suchard has built an international career in mentalism, performing for celebrities, business leaders, and notable figures worldwide. Among the names associated with his performances are Microsoft founder Bill Gates, tech entrepreneur Elon Musk, singer and actress Jennifer Lopez, and members of the Kardashian family, all while maintaining his primary base in Israel.

Just last week, Suchard offered another demonstration of his abilities to a prominent sports figure, releasing a video performing a mentalism trick for Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe. Suchard asked the French footballer to choose a digit, successfully predicting the number five twice in a row, a choice that happens to match the jersey number of Mbappe's teammate Jude Bellingham.

Advertising and Everyday Life

Beyond his stage performances, Suchard is active in advertising and has served as the brand ambassador for Mazda in Israel since 2020. Unlike many celebrities who endorse products they do not personally use, Suchard drives the brand in his daily life.

"Suchard relies on the Mazda CX-90, the brand's flagship SUV valued at around 300,000 shekels, featuring a length of approximately 5.10 meters and seating for up to eight passengers." — Automotive Report

This blend of international acclaim, high-end real estate, and everyday domestic life highlights the unique journey of Israel's most famous mentalist as he settles into his expansive new Tel Aviv home.
