Ofarim Media, controlled by Yitzhak Mirilashvili (90%), the owner of Channel 14, has acquired approximately 51% of the shares of Deal Tov, a company specializing in billboard advertising. According to market estimates, the transaction was valued between 40 and 60 million shekels.

Deal Tov owns 850 billboards across the country. In dozens of localities, such as Rosh HaAyin, Givat Shmuel, Kiryat Shmona, and Nahariya, it serves as the sole advertiser. According to the company's website, its inventory includes five billboards on the Ayalon Highway, signage at the Geha Junction, and various locations throughout Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Bnei Brak, and dozens of other cities. Industry estimates place Deal Tov's market share between 10% and 20%.

The acquisition was finalized in early July. "This period is like oxygen for those in the billboard business," an industry source explained. The election cycle, which began shortly after the purchase, has made the company's services highly sought after by politicians.

Mirilashvili, son of billionaire Mikhail Mirilashvili, holds controlling interests in Channel 14, Radio Kol Hai, and the "Olam Katan" bulletin, all of which are identified with the ruling party. He also owns an economic channel and is a shareholder in the news site 04. Sources familiar with Deal Tov's operations state that the company maintains a strictly business-oriented approach: "The opposition also advertises through them."

Mirilashvili's partner in Ofarim Media is Netaniel Siman Tov (10%), who serves as a director for Channel 14, "Olam Katan," and News 04. He will now serve as a director at Deal Tov alongside Shmuel Hillman Tikotsky, CEO of the regional radio station Radio Kol Hai.

The controlling stake was sold by businessman Gal Hatzur, former owner of Hapoel Petah Tikva. Hatzur retains approximately 49% of the company's shares. No response was received from the parties involved regarding requests for comment.
