Inrom Group Announces Key Management Appointments

Inrom Group has announced two senior management appointments: CPA Yoav Lavi has been named CFO of Inrom Group, and Ido Shefer has been appointed CEO of Itong, one of Israel's leading construction solutions companies.

Yoav Lavi joins the group following a 26-year career at KPMG Somekh Chaikin, where he served as a senior partner, head of the business consulting division, and head of transaction advisory services. He brings extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, valuations, and financial modeling.

Throughout his career, Lavi has advised boards of directors and controlling shareholders on complex business processes and cross-border transactions. He is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in economics and accounting, a master's degree in business administration (MBA) with a specialization in finance, and a law degree, all from Bar-Ilan University.

Ido Shefer, the new CEO of Itong, brings over 20 years of experience in leading large-scale industrial companies. Previously at Gaon Group, Shefer served as CEO of Plassim Infrastructure while simultaneously acting as the group's deputy CEO and head of operations and supply chain. Under his leadership, Plassim achieved significant improvements in business performance through long-term strategic planning, efficiency measures, and investments in technology and automation.

Shefer previously held senior roles at Shalem Packaging Solutions, Unilever Israel, and Soltam Systems. He holds a bachelor's degree in logistics and economics from Bar-Ilan University and is a graduate of the financial management and reporting program at Lahav, Tel Aviv University.

"Ido brings with him proven managerial and operational experience, and I am convinced that his expertise will contribute to the continued development and growth of Itong. These appointments strengthen our management and constitute another pillar in the group's ongoing success," added Ehud Danoch.
