Tech Giant Hilan Reports Strong Results and 46 Million Shekel Dividend
Hilan Group reports strong second-quarter 2026 results with double-digit growth, announcing a significant dividend distribution alongside the completion of the Log-On acquisition.

Hilan Group, one of Israel's leading IT companies, has reported strong financial results for the second quarter of 2026, showing double-digit growth across key metrics. This growth was achieved primarily through organic development, despite headwinds caused by the decline of the dollar against the shekel. Alongside the quarterly report, the company announced a dividend distribution of approximately 46 million shekels.
The group's revenue totaled approximately 784.7 million shekels, an increase of 11.2% compared to the same quarter last year. This growth was driven by organic expansion, as well as the initial consolidation of the company Summit and the acquisition of operations from Y.L.M.
Operating profit rose by approximately 12.2% to reach 97.0 million shekels, representing 12.4% of total revenue. EBITDA climbed 10.5% to 129.0 million shekels, or 16.4% of revenue. Net profit grew by 9.7%, reaching 66.4 million shekels.
In July 2026, Hilan completed the acquisition of software developer Log-On for 192 million shekels. The integration of Log-On is designed to expand the group's service portfolio by incorporating unique intellectual property.
