Lazio claimed sole possession of the Serie A summit on Sunday following a 2-1 comeback victory over Cagliari in the 10th round. Gennaro Gattuso's side extended their stellar start to the campaign, accumulating 28 points from a possible 30. Cagliari took a surprise 20th-minute lead through M'Bala Nzola, assisted by Elio Capradossi following an error by Reda Belahyane. However, Gustav Isaksen equalized in the 36th minute with a stunning strike into the top corner, and substitute Andrea Pinamonti completed the comeback with an 83rd-minute header. Adam Obert was sent off in stoppage time as Cagliari fell to their fourth consecutive defeat.

Como continued their remarkable run under Cesc Fàbregas, securing a fifth successive win across all competitions with a 1-0 victory over Venezia. French captain Lucas Da Cunha decided the match by converting a 43rd-minute penalty, keeping Como firmly in the upper echelon of the table ahead of their upcoming Champions League fixture against Lens and a domestic clash with Inter Milan.

Lecce suffered their third straight defeat, falling 2-1 at home to Genoa. Daniele De Rossi's Genoa side secured the three points thanks to a goal and an assist from Junior Messias, who set up Milutin Osmajić in the 11th minute before scoring himself in the 28th. Youssef Maleh pulled one back for Lecce in the 40th minute, while Israeli midfielder Omri Gandelman entered the match in the 75th minute but could not prevent the loss.

Juventus halted their recent crisis with a convincing 2-0 home victory over Napoli. Luciano Spalletti's side broke the deadlock in the 70th minute through Karim Adeyemi, who unleashed a powerful shot into the top corner. Napoli were reduced to ten men five minutes later following Luca Marianucci's second yellow card, and Jeremie Boga sealed the win with a spectacular long-range effort in the 87th minute. The victory allowed Spalletti to celebrate against his former club, while former Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri watched from the stands due to a suspension.
