Laos Media Acquires Bachelorette Portal Lirovakot in Major Deal
Laos Media and Interactive has acquired the bachelorette party portal Lirovakot for hundreds of thousands of shekels to expand its digital portfolio.

Laos Media and Interactive has acquired the prominent bachelorette party planning portal Lirovakot for hundreds of thousands of shekels. The transaction was conducted through the Makomont digital asset arm, transferring the brand, domain, content databases, and social media channels to the new owners.
Established in 2011 by Emily Cita Levy and managed alongside Uri Sagi, the platform has operated for nearly 15 years as a central hub for wedding preparation events. The site features guides, ideas, and a comprehensive index of service providers, ranging from hosting villas to workshops and leisure attractions.
Laos Media plans to upgrade technological infrastructure, expand guide content, and introduce advanced advertising tools for vendors. To ensure continuity, Sagi will continue to directly support long-standing suppliers and clients under the new ownership structure.
Headquartered in Haifa, Laos Media and Interactive employs around 100 staff members. This acquisition aligns with the growth strategy led by co-founders Tomer Levinsky and Tal Hoffman, following previous digital property purchases and infrastructure expansions.
