Brigadier General (res.) Ofer Winter is expected to launch his new party tomorrow, Tuesday. An investigation by Calcalist reveals that his associates have been controlling a "shelf party" for several months, which was previously called "Hofesh" (Freedom), and at the beginning of last June, it changed its name to "Ami Hai La-Ad" (My People Live Forever), with Avi Rahamim from Jerusalem currently registered with the Registrar of Parties as the party's chairman and CEO.

Reports from the party to the State Comptroller show that it has already raised hundreds of thousands of shekels in guarantees. Winter's daughter, Aviv, provided the party with a guarantee of 150,000 shekels, and Avraham Rahamim, owner of the Lotus 101 company from Jerusalem, provided an additional guarantee of 125,000 shekels. Furthermore, the party received a loan of 200,000 shekels from Discount Bank.

In addition to the guarantees and the loan, the party received a donation of 14,000 shekels from Jonathan Greenwald. Greenwald is a businessman from Miami involved in real estate and is known for having previously provided guarantees totaling 4.1 million shekels to the "Yamina" and "New Hope" parties. Greenwald opposed the formation of the "government of change" and donated to Amichai Chikli to fund his legal expenses.

The party stated: "All details are published and transparent with the State Comptroller."
