Alongside his comments regarding Douglas Awuo, football agent Stav Hachmon addressed another of his clients yesterday — Hapoel Be'er Sheva star Lucas Ventura, and the possibility of him leaving following the arrival of Kings Kangwa.
"As far as I understand at the moment, he is staying," Hachmon said in an interview with the 103fm sports show. "He loves Hapoel Be'er Sheva very much. It is a good pairing. Alona made tremendous efforts to keep him back in the previous season, and she is willing to make efforts to keep him still. Ran loves him very much. Lucas is very connected to Ran on a personal level, and I believe it will be fine."
Ventura, 28, arrived in the Negev capital in the summer of 2024 and became one of the best midfielders in the league. Last year, he did boycott the match against Maccabi Netanya against the backdrop of interest shown in him by Fortaleza, but in Be'er Sheva, they managed to handle the explosive situation and ensure his stay.
