Social media star delays wedding: 'I didn't really stop to think'

Since the exciting proposal last October, when her partner Dan presented the ring, the followers of content creator Lior Mars have not stopped wondering when we will get to see her walking to the chuppah. The couple, who maintain a close and stable relationship, have so far kept complete ambiguity regarding the preparations, the choice of location, or the setting of the long-awaited date, which raised quite a few questions among fans.

The growing curiosity led Mars to address the subject during a Q&A session on her Instagram account. When asked about the progress of the planning, she chose not to give evasive answers and honestly admitted that she was mainly focused on the timing of the proposal itself. According to her, the desire to get engaged stemmed from the desire to close a decade of being together, but the logistical issue of producing a wedding was simply not taken into account seriously in advance:

"Honestly, I just wanted us to get engaged on a round date (Dan and I have been dating for 10 years already), but I didn't really stop to think about the fact that you actually have to plan a wedding after that."

Despite the complex feelings surrounding the arrangements, Mars is quick to reassure and clarifies that there is no crisis on the couple's horizon. The pressure, she says, stems solely from the thought of the big project, while the partner by her side shows great patience and allows the process to happen at its natural pace. Beyond that, she shared with humor the feeling that it is still too early for her to walk towards the chuppah.

The connection between the two began back in 2015, when they acted together in a theater play and collaborated on a romantic scene that included a kiss on stage. What started as professional chemistry quickly turned into a lasting love story, which is now moving calmly, without haste, towards the next festive stage.
