The "Olam HaKolnoa VeHaHashmal" chain is expanding through a franchise model, opening 3 new branches in the Arab sector with an investment of 2.4 million shekels. By the end of 2026, the chain plans to open 10 branches under the new model.

As part of the overall expansion of the "Olam HaKolnoa VeHaHashmal" electronics and home appliance chain through a franchise model, the company is announcing a significant focus on the Arab sector, with the opening of three new branches in strategic locations.
The three new branches are being established with a total financial investment estimated at approximately 2.4 million shekels. The flagship branch was established in Baqa al-Gharbiyye, spanning 600 square meters with an investment of about 1 million shekels. Simultaneously, a branch is being established in Tira (380 square meters, 800,000 shekels investment), while in Ar'ara, another branch will open (250 square meters, 600,000 shekels investment).

This move is a central pillar of the chain's development plan to reach about 10 new branches under the franchise model by the end of 2026, aiming to deepen accessibility for diverse audiences and invite local entrepreneurs to take part in the chain's success.
New franchisees will enjoy a comprehensive support package. The model includes a direct investment of half the franchise fee into advertising, marketing, and public relations, alongside full access to advanced information systems, the distribution network, and the chain's attractive purchase prices.

The new branches will offer parallel imports of leading brands such as Ninja, Shark, and Bosch, sold at prices tens of percent lower than official importers' rates, alongside exclusive home appliance models launched in strategic cooperation with Tadiran.
CEO of "Olam HaKolnoa VeHaHashmal" Daniel Bar Sade stated:
"The massive expansion into the Arab sector under the franchise model is a natural and necessary stage in our growth process. We view this sector as a strategic and extremely important growth engine, characterized by strong purchasing power and high demand for quality products. The synergy between the chain's strength and our new franchisees in Baqa al-Gharbiyye, Tira, and Ar'ara will bring a real consumer breakthrough and an uncompromising level of service to the region's residents."
