Israeli burger chain expands: new branch opens - and this time it's kosher
The "Chantro" chef burger chain by chef Hamada Atamna is launching its fifth, kosher branch under the supervision of the Rabbinate, featuring indulgent sauces made from vegan cheeses, glatt kosher entrecote meat, and self-service ordering kiosks.

The indulgent chef burger chain "Chantro," owned by chef Hamada Atamna, continues to expand and is launching its fifth branch — this time in a kosher express version under the supervision of the Hadera Rabbinate. After establishing four successful branches, including a prominent branch in Dubai, the chef decided to meet the high demand and make his unique burger experience accessible to the kosher-observant public as well.
To maintain the familiar taste and uncompromising quality, Atamna developed indulgent sauces based on vegan cheeses, alongside the use of 100% glatt kosher entrecote meat. The new branch, located in the Quattro complex in Hadera, operates in an express format based on self-service ordering kiosks. The menu includes a variety of classic burgers, full meals, crispy appetizers like nuggets coated in rice crisps, and indulgent specials combining vegan cheddar and gouda cheeses, mushroom cream, and truffle aioli.
The chain, which began its journey about five years ago in Kafr Qara, plans to later establish a dedicated kosher factory for producing parve brioche buns and crusts with special flavors. And the prices? The Chantro Burger special — a burger with vegan cheddar and gouda cheese, on a bed of cheddar sauce or vegan mushroom cream sauce, including fries, will cost you 84 shekels.
