King Store Invests 10 Million NIS in Flagship Branch and Plans Tel Aviv IPO
Supermarket chain King Store completed a 10 million NIS upgrade of its Rosh HaAyin flagship branch and announced plans for a Tel Aviv Stock Exchange IPO. The 6,500 sq m store blends mainstream brands with authentic Middle Eastern products.

Flagship Store in Rosh HaAyin
The King Store supermarket chain announced on Monday the completion of a large-scale upgrade of its veteran and central branch in the Lev HaAretz industrial zone in Rosh HaAyin. The project, representing an investment of 10 million NIS, establishes the location as the chain's flagship store in Israel. Alongside this move, the company announced plans for an upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Spanning approximately 6,500 square meters, the branch underwent a comprehensive overhaul to introduce King Store's new retail concept, which will guide all new branches scheduled to open over the next two years. The design focuses on an advanced, accessible shopping experience combined with a highly competitive pricing model for food and household goods.
Blending Middle Eastern Flavors with Modern Retail
The core of the new concept highlights the unique market differentiation of King Store, which originally grew out of the Galilee region. Alongside mainstream Israeli brands found in major supermarket chains, the flagship branch offers a wide variety of authentic products from Arab and Middle Eastern cuisine, including boutique Galilee dairies, traditional pastries, specialty spices, and local delicacies.
Magdi Kitani, CEO of King Store, stated:
"The flagship branch in Rosh HaAyin is one of our most central and important locations, which is why it was vital for us to invest in rebuilding the shopping experience here. We have launched a branch that connects everything customers look for in a large supermarket—variety, convenience, competitive prices, and familiar brands—with our unique advantage: authentic products and flavors from Arab and Middle Eastern cuisine."
Expansion Strategy
During 2026, King Store expanded its footprint by opening two additional branches in Tayibe and the SEVEN Center north of the Idan HaNegev industrial zone. The chain continues to evaluate further opportunities to strengthen its presence in the Israeli retail market, bringing its signature culinary blend to broader audiences across the country.
