Keshet 12 Dominates Israeli TV Ratings as Eretz Nehederet Returns Strong
Keshet 12 dominates Israeli television ratings as Eretz Nehederet returns with strong numbers ahead of the 2026 elections, outperforming real-life political interviews.

Another week of television has concluded in Israel, bringing with it the latest weekly ratings data that highlights a fiercely competitive landscape. Keshet 12 continues to demonstrate absolute dominance across various broadcasting slots, maintaining its grip on viewers.
News Editions and Prime Time Leadership
In the news sector, Keshet 12 remains unrivaled. The channel's flagship evening news edition recorded a particularly strong week, with Tuesday's broadcast anchored by Danny Cushmaro leading the pack with an impressive 13.0% rating and 369,000 viewers. Following closely in second place was Monday's edition anchored by Yonit Levi, which secured a 12.3% rating (335,000 viewers).
In the prime time slot, Keshet 12 claimed every top spot on the weekly chart. The season premiere of the satirical show Eretz Nehederet, returning for a sharp new season ahead of the upcoming 2026 elections, achieved a phenomenal success with 16.7% rating and 471,000 viewers on Tuesday.
Political Appearances and Ratings Rivalry
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made guest appearances across several studios this week as part of the campaign trail. On Tuesday, he appeared for a special interview with Yinon Magal on Channel 14, after an initial Monday slot was postponed. Notably, his satirical imitation on Eretz Nehederet managed to outperform the real-life interview in the ratings.
The following day on Wednesday, Channel 11 hosted Benjamin Netanyahu for another interview on the program "Seven with Ayala Hasson". However, the broadcast settled for a modest 3.0% rating and only 80,000 viewers.
