Moments after house arrest: Ofeck Adanek performed and was received with love

Ofeck Adanek performed yesterday for the first time since his release from house arrest. The performance took place as part of the BE.MC festival, which featured other rappers such as Capello, Balishag, Vibe Ish, and Yovi. Fans were not deterred by the recent turmoil in his personal life, and he was received with great warmth.
The performance was originally scheduled for the Container House, but festival delays led some artists to relocate to the Barby club, also located at the port. Witnesses reported that Adanek waited backstage in high spirits, joking with friends and family.
Adanek, who was arrested about a week ago on suspicion of assaulting his partner Hadas Massori, was released to house arrest earlier this week, and his sentence expired yesterday morning. Initially, only Adanek was questioned, but following an inquiry from mako, Massori was also questioned under caution. The investigation has now concluded, the case has been transferred to the police prosecution unit, and a decision regarding both parties is expected in the coming days.
Upon the lifting of the gag order on his name, Adanek messaged his fans:

I experienced a breakup from a relationship full of powerful love. During a private argument with my ex-partner, I sustained a leg injury. Out of the pain and the heat of the moment, the argument became stormy. It is important for me to say unequivocally: I have never been and will never be violent towards her, any woman, or any person. Respect for others is a supreme value in my life. The court reviewed all details and ordered my release. Ultimately, beyond the music, I am a human being. Arguments are part of every couple's life. You have shown me love that has no price. My destiny is to create and touch your hearts. Music is my place, and I do not intend to go anywhere."
The incident comes at the peak of Adanek's career, with two national hits and another on the way. "Eich Hi Rokedet" ("How She Dances"), featuring Eden Hasson and Agam Buhbut, has held the top spot on Israel's official Hitlist for six weeks, while "Yotzet Min HaKlall" ("Exceptional"), released with Liad Meir, sits at number two.
Adanek (24) has been in the music industry since age 13. He first gained national attention when a video of him freestyling with a glass of vodka in hand went viral, eventually becoming the hit "Boi Buba." In 2019, he auditioned for "HaKokhav HaBa" ("The Next Star"), where he famously clashed with judge Asaf Amdursky over his musical style.
