Jerusalem Old City: Border Police Officers Honored for Neutralizing Terrorist

Israel Police Commissioner Dani Levy and Border Police Commander Yitzhak Brick awarded certificates of appreciation today to Border Police officers who neutralized a terrorist in the Old City of Jerusalem over the weekend.

The officers identified the threat within seconds, responded with professionalism, and eliminated the attacker through precise gunfire, preventing further casualties. The ceremony took place in the presence of the Israel Police senior command staff.

Police Commissioner Levy commended the combatants during the ceremony for their swift action, determination, and courage in defending civilians. Border Police Commander Brick also praised the personnel, emphasizing that such decisive responses reflect the core values and readiness of the force.
