The police submitted a prosecutor's statement today, Thursday, against a 54-year-old resident of Holon who was arrested on suspicion of making threats. The man placed knives and shell casings at the entrances to two bank branches and a food chain in the Gush Dan area.

The intimidation incidents occurred last week in the early morning hours. Several reports reached the police hotline regarding threatening objects left at the entrances to various businesses. Officers who arrived at the scenes discovered that an unknown person had intentionally placed knives and bullet casings outside the doors of the banks and the supermarket.

Investigators collected evidence from the field and used technological means that revealed the suspect's identity. Following these findings, he was located, arrested, and taken for questioning. During his detention, the police built an evidentiary infrastructure connecting him to the three different cases.

After his detention was extended multiple times, a prosecutor's statement was filed against him this morning in court, a step that paves the way for filing an indictment in the coming days. The offenses attributed to him are expected to include threats and causing damage to property.
