On the eve of Rosh Hashanah, the IDF is on high alert across all fronts—from Iran and Lebanon to the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, Syria, and Yemen. The Air Force has increased readiness in both air defense and offensive systems amid potential threats from Iran.

Multi-Front Readiness and Gaza Threats

The military is preparing for scenarios including renewed joint operations with the US or unilateral strikes by the Israeli Air Force. Meanwhile, the Gaza Strip remains on high alert ahead of the October 7 anniversary over concerns of potential infiltrations near IDF outposts.

"Israel raised the defense and offense alert levels following the infrastructure destruction," an Israeli official told the Saudi channel Al-Hadath.

Northern Border and West Bank Security

In Lebanon, the IDF recently demolished the final Hezbollah tunnels in the Ali Taher ridge. Security forces are also closely monitoring the West Bank with dozens of battalions deployed to counter potential security threats.
