Housing prices in Israel continue to show stability, following the latest housing price index from the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), which recorded a slight increase of 0.1% in May-June compared to April-May.

With the June-July index scheduled for release next week, field assessments suggest that this price stability is likely to persist. To shed light on the current state of the housing market—which is characterized by a deep freeze in transaction volumes alongside localized price adjustments—we partnered with national real estate brokerage networks to examine second-hand apartment transactions completed over the past week.
