Police in Tel Aviv arrested two suspects involved in a string of arsons targeting a resident of the city. Officers caught one suspect red-handed while setting fire to a residential lobby in Holon.

Over recent weeks, investigators tracked a wave of criminal arson attacks across the Tel Aviv district tied to an ongoing gang feud. Operatives from the central district unit utilized technological and field resources to intercept the perpetrators.

During a covert operation last night, detectives and tactical units apprehended a 43-year-old resident of Hadera on Bialik Street in Holon as he torched a building entrance. A second suspect in his twenties from Rehovot was also detained.

Both suspects are scheduled to appear before the Tel Aviv Magistrates Court for a remand extension hearing.
