Big Brother Reconciliation: Why Hodia Cohen Surprised Gal Rubin at Bat Mitzvah

The tense relationship between recent "Big Brother" stars Hodia Cohen and Gal Rubin has known quite a few dramas, jabs, and direct confrontations. However, Cohen's surprising presence last week at the bat mitzvah celebration of Rubin's daughter proved that even the harshest feuds can end in reconciliation.
Now, following the stir caused by her arrival at the event, Cohen has chosen to explain the move in a video uploaded to her Instagram page in response to a follower's question. "A lot of people asked about this situation," Cohen began, emphasizing: "Generally speaking, I am a person who doesn't hate anyone in my life... I don't think I even have this ability to hate, I can just not connect."
Addressing Rubin directly, with whom she had public clashes during and after the show, Cohen said: "Whatever happened in 'Big Brother', there are things that were wounds for me, I didn't even go to the reunion, but I didn't have closure and I think with all the housemates I made closure, and it was really important to me to move on and leave things behind, and understand that there is life after and I'm not a kid anymore."
This public reconciliation comes after Cohen previously hurled harsh criticism at Rubin, claiming in an interview that "Rubin came for the show, I felt something wasn't authentic to me." Now, according to her, the time has come to make peace: "I try to be in peace and love... and show that I have nothing bad against anyone."
