The supermarket chain Hatzhi Hinam is launching FOOD MARKET at its Rehovot branch, a fresh prepared homestyle food department that introduces a new culinary concept combining authentic homestyle cooking with professional chef kitchen standards.
The department's menu and culinary standards were developed by chefs Moshe Badishi and Shahaf Shabtay, experienced and respected chefs in the culinary world. The two bring extensive professional kitchen experience and have built a variety of dishes based on fresh, high-quality ingredients, classic cooking techniques, and familiar homestyle flavors.
Customers at the department will find a wide range of fresh prepared dishes daily, including various types of handmade stuffed vegetables, fish stews, meat and chicken dishes, various noodles, and a selection of hot side dishes. The dishes are cooked daily from fresh ingredients and are designed to provide a ready-to-eat meal at home or a solution for family hosting.
Ahead of the weekend, the dish selection will expand. On Thursdays and Fridays, an Asian concept will join the regular dishes, including a variety of fresh dishes and the sale of sushi platters.
FOOD MARKET is designed as a culinary complex within the supermarket, inspired by an urban food market, with an emphasis on presentation, service, and visual appeal. As part of the complex, Hatzhi Hinam offers both traditional supermarket shopping and a solution for prepared meals during the week and on weekends.
The complex is located at the Hatzhi Hinam branch at 1 Derech HaYam Street in Rehovot. Opening hours are Sunday through Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Thursday from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
