Grayscale: Bitcoin May Have Hit Its Cycle Bottom Near $76,000
Grayscale's head of research Zach Pandl suggests Bitcoin has hit its cycle bottom at around $76,000, giving clients a green light for digital asset allocation.

Did the Bitcoin price already hit rock bottom, opening the path for a bullish trend? According to Zach Pandl, head of research at Grayscale, the answer might be positive.
In an interview with The Block, Pandl stated that Bitcoin's drop to approximately $76,000 is still considered by him to be the floor of the current downward phase. According to him, Grayscale is now giving its clients a "green light" to allocate investments into digital assets.
Bitcoin traded on Thursday above $76,000 following a moderate daily increase, but the road to its previous record remains long. According to data published by The Block, the coin remains about 39% below its peak of roughly $126,000.
Even if the $58,000 level ultimately proves in hindsight to have been the bottom, this does not mean the road ahead will necessarily be continuous or free of sharp declines. The crypto market is simultaneously influenced by interest rates across various markets, the state of the global economy, capital flows, and investor sentiment.
Pandl explained that Grayscale evaluates three factors before recommending that clients increase exposure: Bitcoin's long-term trend, the phase of the market cycle, and the broader macroeconomic situation. According to him, all three conditions have now cleared the threshold required by the firm.
Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong also expressed a similar view earlier this month, suggesting that Bitcoin has already reached the bottom of its current cycle. However, these are market assessments rather than proof that the price will not drop again. The fact that Bitcoin remains far from its previous peak illustrates just how volatile the path to full recovery can be.
