As Gadi Eisenkot prepares for the upcoming elections, speculation grows over the core team of advisers and loyal aides who would join him in the Prime Minister's Office should his party secure victory.

At the center of Eisenkot's inner circle is campaign manager Ronen Menlis, a long-time confidant who previously served as his chief of staff during his military tenure and later as IDF Spokesperson. Menlis, who transitioned to strategic consulting and media following his military service, is considered the chief strategist behind the "Yashar!" party campaign. Close associates suggest he is poised for a senior role such as Chief of Staff or Director-General of the Prime Minister's Office.

Another key figure is Noam Bar-Lev, the 30-year-old chief of staff who has worked alongside Eisenkot for nearly a decade since her military service. Having managed public relations and political operations, she is expected to retain a prominent position in the administration. The inner circle also includes personal spokesperson Royi Lavi, party spokesperson Yonatan Zerski, strategy expert Yael Wolf Barel, and creative director Amir Edaki, a former Likud campaign strategist known for his digital media campaigns.

While the "Yashar!" party emphasizes that all current efforts are strictly focused on winning the electoral race, the prominent aides driving the campaign are widely expected to form the backbone of a future Eisenkot administration.
