Frida Uziel Opens Up About Heartbreak, Music, and Her Latest TV Projects
Frida Uziel talks about heartbreak, her new music, and her ironic on-set reunion with Dudu Faruk. Discover how the star balances her career and financial lessons.

Frida Uziel is unstoppable. After securing second place in the 14th season of Big Brother and becoming one of the most talked-about figures in the country, she continues to cement her status in the entertainment industry. We caught up with her at the launch of Urbanica's web series Cringe, where she ironically and intriguingly plays the partner of Dudu Faruk, her former partner. Their joint presence on set has already caused a stir, especially after their surprising and professional kissing scene recently set social media on fire.
Overcoming Heartbreak
For Uziel, however, the past year has also included quite a few personal challenges. A few months ago, she broke up with her partner of the past year, Itay Benisho, leaving her followers with many questions. In an interview with ice, she was asked for tips on mending a broken heart. "Wow, there are no tips," she admits honestly. "It's just feeling it, not ignoring it and not suppressing it, because it comes back twofold. Just feeling the full spectrum of emotions and letting time do its thing—those are the truest clichés."
From Headlines to Music
When asked about her constant presence in the headlines, Uziel clarified that her ultimate goal is actually music. "Headlines actually scare me," she shared, revealing that we will soon hear more from her: "There is an EP and a debut album on the way. After a year of introspection that was amazing but also kicking, I am now processing everything and spewing out what I digested over the past year into an album, God willing.
Working on music alongside participating in Dancing with the Stars turned out to be an experience she won't rush to repeat. "It was very challenging, borderline impossible. Doing a debut show alongside dancing from morning till night—I learned from this that I am very, very strong."
Financial Wisdom
As part of the site's traditional interview questions, we asked Uziel about finances. When asked what tip she has for the younger generation, she made a surprising call to the Ministry of Education: "To introduce smart and proper financial management into the education system. That is something that would have helped me a lot as a 19-year-old girl who was in a lot of financial trouble." And what was her best investment? For her, the answer is clear: "Music. That's a hell of an investment, sister, that's where you put your money."
