According to the Toluna Harris poll, Le Pen would lead the first round with 35% to 36% of the vote, while Mélenchon, leader of France Unbowed, would secure 17% to 18%. Former Prime Minister Edouard Philippe trails behind, failing to reach the runoff.

Le Pen, 57, recently regained her eligibility to run after an appeals court reduced her ban from public office following a corruption conviction regarding European Parliament funds. Her potential victory marks a historic shift for the National Rally party, transitioning from a fringe movement into the French mainstream.
"France in 2027 barely resembles the one I led. We face a more threatening, dangerous, and harsh world," noted former President François Hollande, who hinted at a potential presidential run.
