Ethiopian Airlines Passengers Film Luggage Thrown From Tarmac in Modi'in
A Modi'in couple returning from Thailand via Ethiopian Airlines discovered their luggage heavily damaged and filmed airport workers throwing suitcases from heights.

A couple from Modi'in returning from a vacation in Thailand aboard Ethiopian Airlines experienced severe baggage mishandling when their suitcases were returned damaged following a layover in Addis Ababa. Kim and his partner discovered fractured handles and cracked outer shells upon collecting their luggage at the terminal.
While waiting at the airport during their return journey, the couple captured video footage showing airport staff tossing passengers' luggage from a significant height directly onto the tarmac. "We finally understood why our carry-on, which had been sent for inspection, came back broken, and why our checked bags were smashed," Kim told local media.
Following the incident, the travelers attempted to reach out to airline representatives via email and social media to request compensation and present their video evidence, but received no response. Ethiopian Airlines has not yet issued a comment regarding the matter.
