She reprimanded a man who was masturbating in a park — he threatened: "I will give money to the Jarushi family to have her murdered"

A young woman walking her dog in a public park in Bat Yam noticed a man, a 56-year-old resident of the city, masturbating on a bench and reprimanded him, stating that it was a public place where children were present.

After she reported the incident and the police arrived at the scene, the man threatened her and continued his threats at the police station. In an additional charge, he is accused of committing an indecent act against a 19-year-old woman at a McDonald's branch in the city.

According to the indictment, in the evening, a 22-year-old woman was walking her dog in a public park near Haviva Reik Street in Bat Yam. At that time, it is alleged, the defendant was sitting on a bench in the park and masturbating. The young woman passing by noticed his actions, reprimanded him, and reported the incident to the municipal hotline.

Following the report, police officers arrived at the park. The prosecution claims that during his arrest, Cohen threatened the young woman. It is further alleged that even after he was brought to the police station, the defendant continued to make threats against her. During his interrogation, according to the indictment, he said:

"I will murder her," and later added: "I will give money to the Jarushi family to have her murdered."

In an additional charge, in the afternoon, a 19-year-old woman was standing near the counter at a McDonald's branch in a Bat Yam mall. The defendant was standing near her and then "suddenly grabbed her left breast with his right hand." The young woman pushed his hand away, screamed, and moved away from the spot. Following the incident, he is charged with the offense of an indecent act.
