Twelve years after capturing public attention on the reality TV show Big Brother, Elad Tsafany is set to marry his partner, Romy. The couple's romance blossomed during wartime volunteer efforts.

In a recent interview, Tsafany shared how they first met while volunteering for soldiers through Omer Adam's taxi initiative. At first, Romy barely noticed him, sitting next to him with a laptop without exchanging a single glance.

Romance Blossomed During Wartime

After a chance video call a week later, Tsafany was determined to win her over. Amid the ongoing war, the two began playing Rummikub on their phones. Despite her initial hesitation and blunt remarks, Tsafany's persistent and confident approach ultimately won her heart.

"She told me 'I don't think I'll date a dwarf,' so I told her 'I'm telling you, this is it.' She said 'No, it's not.' I said 'Well, we'll see.' But I was assertive, with a lot of confidence, because I was sure this was it."

Standing Up to Cyberbullies

Ahead of their wedding, Tsafany faced offensive online comments following their pre-wedding henna celebration. Known for his thick skin and self-deprecating humor, the reality star felt compelled to address the toxic minority of trolls online, making it clear that hurtful remarks about his stature and relationship will not be tolerated.
