The upgraded service features AI-based personal profiling, personalized job matching, resume-free applications, and tailored professional training recommendations. According to the company, the platform is designed to guide both job seekers and employers through the recruitment process rather than simply displaying listings similar to past searches.
AI-Driven Career Profiling
The onboarding process on the new platform is structured as an interactive AI-based conversation. The system maps out the user's skills, experience, and preferences—such as hybrid work, remote options, or full-time employment—as well as their professional aspirations. This data is synthesized into a personal profile used for precise job matching.
Based on this profile, the matching engine cross-references user data with market demands to provide insights and tailored job opportunities. Additionally, the site includes a resume-building tool and allows candidates to apply for jobs using only their platform profile, eliminating the need to upload a separate CV file.
To help candidates bridge professional gaps, Drushim will also suggest specific training programs, courses, and academic institutions based on their profiles. The launch is accompanied by a complete rebranding and a new visual identity.
