The Supreme Court of the Football Association will discuss at 12:00 the petition of M.S. Ashdod filed an urgent request to the court to postpone the match, claiming that starting the season would severely damage the case of Ironi Tiberias, the serious indictment to be discussed later regarding the intravenous infusions affair during last season's playoffs.
In Ashdod, they insist that they should not start the season until at least an interim decision is reached in the case. The hearing will be held today at noon, and the party asked to respond is the Professional Football Leagues Administration, which manages the Premier League and National League games. The Administration intends to present a position in court that it is not in favor of the delay, because according to the Administration, it will take a long time until a decision is reached in the case, and therefore there is no room to postpone the M.S. Ashdod game tomorrow.
