Drake has sparked discussion by including an unreleased track featuring the lyric "Pray for Gaza" in his new film project titled 'FOMO'. The snippet appears around the 17-minute and 47-second mark of the visual release.
This is not the first time the prominent rapper has expressed a stance related to the conflict. Back in October 2023, he was among the signatories of an open letter organized by Artists4Ceasefire, urging U.S. leadership to push for a de-escalation and ceasefire.
In addition to these artistic statements, Drake recently took a swipe at fellow producer DJ Khaled for remaining silent on the issue. DJ Khaled, who is of Palestinian descent, has faced ongoing criticism for not speaking out publicly about the situation in the region.
