Dganit Kramer Appointed as New CEO of Hot Mobile After Ownership Change
Dganit Kramer has been appointed CEO of Hot Mobile, replacing Ilan Brok. The appointment follows the acquisition of the company by Delek Israel, Keystone Fund, and Leumi Partners for 1.2 billion shekels.
Dganit Kramer has been appointed as the new CEO of Hot Mobile. According to Calcalist, the company's board of directors decided on Kramer's appointment, replacing Ilan Brok, who announced his resignation in August after seven years in the role. Kramer previously served as Deputy CEO of Partner.
It was also determined that Ilic Rozansky, CEO of Delek-controlling Lahav, will serve as Chairman of Hot Mobile in rotation with Keystone manager Navot Bar. Kramer's appointment comes following the transfer of control in Hot Mobile to new owners - Delek Israel and the Keystone Fund, which hold 40% each, and Leumi Partners, which holds 20%.
The acquisition of the company took place as part of a tender held by the Hot Group. The buyers paid 1.2 billion shekels for Hot Mobile and additionally assumed company debt amounting to 600 million shekels. The deal reflects an operating valuation of 1.8 billion shekels for Hot Mobile.
Kramer is a veteran telecommunications executive who previously served as Deputy CEO of Pelephone, yes, and Bezeq International, and even as acting CEO of all three companies. In 2022, she moved to Partner, where she served as Deputy CEO until her departure in early 2025.
