Shas Leader Deri Prays for Wounded Hikers Following Ramim Ridge Blast
Shas chairman Aryeh Deri expressed deep concern and prayed for the full recovery of hikers injured by an unexploded ordnance blast in the Ramim Ridge.
Shas chairman Aryeh Deri reacted today (Monday) to a severe incident in the north, where several hikers were injured by an unexploded ordnance blast in the Ramim Ridge area. Deri expressed deep concern, prayed for the full recovery of the wounded, and offered strength to their families during this difficult time.
In a post published on his official social media account, Deri wrote: "In these difficult moments, the heart is with the wounded in the severe incident in the north and with their families." He added: "Together with the entire nation of Israel, I pray for their complete and swift recovery, and hope for good news."
To his statement, the Shas leader added a spiritual dimension by attaching Psalm 121. The chapter, which opens with the well-known verse "A song of ascents. I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from?", expresses prayer and hope for divine assistance during times of crisis.
