The trading day in the digital currency market closed with a negative trend among most of the leading coins in the market. Bitcoin (BTC) recorded a decline of 1.32% over the last day. Following this decline, the total market capitalization of Bitcoin now reaches a sum of approximately 1.26 trillion dollars.
The second largest coin in the crypto market, Ethereum (ETH), also showed a similar trend and recorded a daily decline of 0.69%. As a result, the market capitalization of Ethereum now stands at 226.26 billion dollars.
In the sector of prominent altcoins, price declines were also recorded over the last 24 hours. The BNB coin recorded a daily decline of 0.98%, and its market capitalization is now set at a total of 80.90 billion dollars. At the same time, the XRP coin also showed a negative trend and recorded a daily decline of 0.61%, with its total market capitalization now standing at 63.00 billion dollars.
Another sector examined during the trading day is the stablecoin sector, which presents a relatively stable picture in accordance with the nature of the coins.
The Tether (USDT) coin recorded only a minor change and a decline of 0.01% in the last 24 hours, while its market capitalization remains extensive and stands at 182.99 billion dollars. On the other hand, the USDC coin maintained full stability with no change at all of 0.00% in the last day, and its total market capitalization remained at a total of 71.89 billion dollars.
